Policies
1. Smoking is prohibited in all of our rooms and common areas. Smoking is allowed outside.
2. We have a 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 14 days notice, we will refund all of your money, minus a $25 processing charge. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will be responsible for the total reservation charge unless we are able to re-rent your guaranteed room.
3. We charge $30/night for a third person of any age in a room.
4. We have two rooms available that will accommodate a pet. There is a $20/per night pet fee.
