On a beautiful bluff above the Pacific Ocean, Agate Cove Inn delivers a breathtaking view of the sea and rugged headlands. Our inn and cottages are set on two acres of beautiful coastal gardens. Operating as an inn for over 30 years, Agate Cove Inn Bed and Breakfast has provided unforgettable experiences to its guests as the perfect setting for romantic getaways, weddings, creating memories or just peaceful reflection.
Spectacular ocean views: Agate Cove Inn offers the best ocean view on the Mendocino Coast The inn is just one-third of a mile outside of the village which allows for an unobstructed ocean view. You can hear the waves crash and smell the salt water in the air. We have an ever changing live painting that is framed by 100 year old Cypress trees. Migrating whales, seals and dolphins are regular sights. The bird sanctuary island, home to permanent residents and migrating birds, is easily seen from our property. Osprey diving is fascinating to watch. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets paint the sky and sea with brilliant colors.
Private Cottages: Our cottages amidst the gardens have independent exterior entrances. All rooms have their own baths (most with spa tubs) as well as fireplaces, decks, refrigerators, microwaves, robes, sherry, coffee makers, and flat screen T.V.'s.
